This course pricing includes the ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate Exam after completion of the course. It is a 60 minute exam, with 40 multiple choice questions and a pass mark of 65%. We have certified experts who will sit down and review any of your concerns to help assist in preparation. The exam is online and the results will be available immediately.
